Mittlerweile bekommen Smartphones und Tablets eine Bedeutung als Ausgabemedium, wenn es ausreicht, dass eine Person sich diese Pr\u00e4sentation ansehen soll oder m\u00f6chte. Diese Medien eignen sich mittlerweile auch als Bedienungs-Tool einer Pr\u00e4sentation samt Monitoring-Funktion.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Erstellt werden Pr\u00e4sentationen sinnvollerweise auf einem PC oder einem Notebook, weil das Dokumenten-Management , die Bildbearbeitung,die Medienverwaltung und die Eingabemedien dort noch am leistungsf\u00e4higsten sind.Ein Nachteil aller beteiligten Medien ist, dass sie unterschiedliche Wiedergabeformate und Aufl\u00f6sungen haben. Projektoren haben vielfach noch die XGA-Aufl\u00f6sung (1080 x 768 Pixel). Displays haben in der Regel HD-Aufl\u00f6sung (1920 x 1080 Pixel). Mittlerweile auch schon 4k.<\/p>\n<p>Unmittelbar verbunden mit den Aufl\u00f6sungen sind die Wiedergabeformate oder Seitenverh\u00e4ltnisse verbunden. So haben Displays in der Regel 16:9 Fomat, Projektoren vielfach noch das Seitenverh\u00e4ltnis von 4:3 und Notebooks oft 16:10. Im Heimkinobereich kommen noch Widescreen-Formate (2,35:1) hinzu. Die Tabelle gibt Aufschluss:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rm-communication.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Formate.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-eY53PBd2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-472\" alt=\"Formate und Aufl\u00f6sungen\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rm-communication.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Formate.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rm-communication.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Formate.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rm-communication.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Formate-300x226.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Welche Konsequenzen hat das nun f\u00fcr die eigene Pr\u00e4sentation?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zun\u00e4chst muss bei der Vorbereitung klar sein, welches Ausgabemedium mit welchem Format vorliegt. Dementsprechend sind die Vorlagen der Pr\u00e4sentationsfolien auszuw\u00e4hlen. Wenn die Pr\u00e4sentation oft und in modizierter Version \u00fcber einen Zeitraum hinweg an verchiedenen Orten gehalten werden soll oder muss, ist es hilfreich, sein eigenes Pr\u00e4senationsmedium (z.B. einen Projektor) zu nutzen. Das erspart unliebsame \u00dcberraschungen.<\/li>\n<li>Wer bespielsweise eine vorhandene 4:3 Pr\u00e4sentation auf einem 16:9 Display zeigen muss, wird an den R\u00e4ndern dunkle ungenutzte Bereiche sehen. Wer die vermeiden will, muss die Pr\u00e4sentationvorlagen \u00e4ndern oder eine komplett neue Pr\u00e4sentation erstellen.\u00a0 Im Falle der \u00c4nderung ist es hilfreich, die Hintergrundbilder\/-farben anzupassen. Dann gibt es zwar nicht mehr Informationen, aber das Pr\u00e4sentations-Design ist gef\u00e4lliger und der Arbeitsaufwand ist geringer, als wenn eine neue Pr\u00e4sentation aufgebaut werden muss.<br \/>\nWird eine neue Pr\u00e4sentation erstellt, so muss das Konzept zwangsl\u00e4ufig neu erarbeitet werden. Es ist nat\u00fcrlich nicht ratsam die Anzahl der Folien zu k\u00fcrzen, nur weil die 16:9 Vorlagen mehr Platz anbieten. Die Grundregeln des Pr\u00e4sentierens d\u00fcrfen nicht verletzt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist davon abzuraten, eine 4:3 Pr\u00e4sentation auf eine 16:9 Pr\u00e4sentation hoch zu skalieren. Die Folge sind Verzerrungen, wie sie oft von schlechten TV-Wiedergaben bekannt sind. In Pr\u00e4sentationen haben diese nichts verloren, da eine Pr\u00e4sentation ein Aush\u00e4ngeschild des Unternehmens und der Pr\u00e4sentierenden ist.<\/li>\n<li>Wir eine Pr\u00e4sentation auf eine Multiscreen-Wand gezeigt, ist dringend zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob nicht wichtige Textteile oder sensitive Bildinhalte exakt auf den \u00dcberg\u00e4ngen zwischen den Displays liegen.
