Ob es am POS, auf Messen oder in der Werbung ist. Eine der sichersten Methoden \u2013 und beileibe keine neue Erfindung \u2013 ist das Erz\u00e4hlen von Geschichten. Seit alters her erz\u00e4hlen sich die Menschen Geschichten und ziehen die Zuschauer und Zuh\u00f6rer in ihren Bann, indem sie sich mit den Protagonisten identifizieren und gespannt darauf warten, wie er den Antagonisten schl\u00e4gt. Wer steht ihm zur Seite und welche Mittel stehen ihm zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es ist kein Geheimnis, dass in Geschichten auch Botschaften enthalten sind, die zielf\u00fchrend manipulieren sollen \u2013 ob moralisch oder \u00f6konomisch. Der in den Geschichten erhaltene Wert der gro\u00dfen Unterhaltung und des Erlebens bietet eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit, dies f\u00fcr sich zu nutzen \u2013 wenn man es richtig macht. Dazu werden in j\u00fcngster Zeit zahlreiche Ratgeber angeboten, wie man sich das Erz\u00e4hlen von Geschichten in Kombination mit digitalen Medien nutzbar machen kann. So auch bei diesem B\u00fcchlein, das sich als Einstieg in die Materie versteht. Erfreulich und glaubw\u00fcrdig zugleich, dass die Autoren Storytelling als kein neues Hexenwerk betrachten, sondern dass es auf uralten Erz\u00e4hlprinzipien beruht, nur eben, dass sich die Art des Erz\u00e4hlens ge\u00e4ndert hat. Beim digitalen Storytelling sind vier Aspekte zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, die im Buch behandelt werden: Es sind: Integration, Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, Vernetzung und Interaktivit\u00e4t. Gerade bei den beiden zuletzt genannten Punkten kommt den Themen Virtual Reality und Augmented Reality eine gro\u00dfe Bedeutung zu. <strong>Digital Storytelling<\/strong> ist eine Kommunikationsform, die noch am Anfang steht, aber den Erlebnischarakter am Ort der Kommunikation auf ein neues Niveau heben kann.
